RHI's Business Units
Roxas Holdings, Inc. (RHI) has interests in sugar milling and refinery, ethanol, and agribusiness, which are grouped strategically into the following:
1. Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Inc. (CADPI) & San Carlos Bioenergy, Inc. (SCBI)
CADPI operates a sugar mill and a refinery in Nasugbu, Batangas. It provides the refined sugar requirements of
traders and industrial customers, such as multinational food and beverage companies and pharmaceutical
organizations in Luzon.
SCBI is the first fuel bioethanol and co-generation facility in the Philippines and in Southeast Asia. It is situated
at the San Carlos Agro-Industrial Economic Zone in San Carlos, Negros Occidental. RHI took over majority of
SCBI in May 2015.
2. RHI Agri-business Development Corporation (RHI ADC)
Incorporated on February 24, 2015, RHI ADC manages and operates sugarcane farms. It is also
engaged in farmland preparation, planting, irrigation, water supply and cane harvesting.
