Policies and Principles
RHI encourages transparency and is compliant with the rules and regulations set forth by regulatory bodies such as the Securities and Exchange Commission and the Philippine Stock Exchange.
 
Accurate and timely information: Accurate and timely information shall be made available to the stockholders to enable them to make a sound judgment on all matters brought to their attention for consideration or approval.

Disclosure and transparency: All material information about the Company which could adversely affect its viability or the interests of its stockholders and other stakeholders shall be publicly and timely disclosed. Such information shall include, among others, earning results, acquisition or disposition of assets, off-balance sheet transactions, related party transactions and direct and indirect remuneration of members of the Board and Management.
