Roxas Holdings, Inc. (PSEi: ROX; RHI ) is the largest integrated sugar business and the biggest ethanol producer in the Philippines.

Strategic Business Units

RHI has reorganised its four subsidiaries to form two Strategic Business Units (SBUs) defined along its two core product lines: sugar and bioethanol.
 
Sugar SBU                                                                   
 

EVP-COO Arcadio S. Lozada, Jr. heads the Sugar SBU, which is composed of Central Azucarera      Don Pedro, Inc. (CADPI) in Nasugbu, Batangas and Central Azucarera de la Carlota, Inc. (CACI) in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental; and to some extent, affiliate Hawaiian-Philippine Company (HPCo), based in Silay, Negros Occidental.  
                                      

  • Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Inc. (CADPI)

              Central Azucarera Don Pedro, Inc.  (CADPI) operates a sugar mill and a refinery in Nasugbu, Batangas. It provides the refined sugar requirements of traders and industrial customers, such as multinational food and beverage, and pharmaceutical, companies in Luzon.                             
     
  • Central Azucarera de la Carlota, Inc. (CACI)

              Located in La Carlota City, Negros Occidental, Central Azucarera de la Carlota, Inc. (CACI) is a sugar mill that caters to the raw sugar requirements of RHI’s customers in the Visayas.
     
  • Hawaiian-Philippine Company (HPCo)

              Affiliate Hawaiian-Philippine Company (HPCo)  operates in Silay, Negros Occidental since 1917.
        
 
Bioethanol SBU                                                        

 
EVP-COO Luis O. Villa-Abrille is in charge of the Bioethanol SBU, which comprises Roxol Bioenergy Corporation (RBC) in La Carlota City, and San Carlos Bioenergy, Inc. (SCBI) in San Carlos City, both in Negros Occidental.
 
  • Roxol Bioenergy Corporation (RBC)

                One of the pioneering bioethanol plants in the Philippines, Roxol Bioenergy Corporation (RBC) is located at La Carlota City, Negros Occidental. It produces about 150,000 litres of ethanol per day.
                
  • San Carlos Bioenergy, Inc. (SCBI)                          

              San Carlos Bioenergy, Inc. (SCBI) is the first fuel bioethanol and co-generation facility in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. It is situated at the San Carlos Agro-Industrial Economic Zone in San Carlos, Negros Occidental. RHI took over majority of SCBI in May 2015.

VP-GM Minrado A. Roño is in charge of RHI Agri-business Development Corporation (RHI ADC) which operates in Batangas and Negros Occidental.  
                                      

  • RHI Agri-business Development Corporation (RHI ADC)

               Incorporated on Feberuary 24, 2015, RHI ADC is engaged in the business of management and operation of sugarcane farms, farm land preparation, cultivation, fertilizer, pesticide and cane points supply and appplication/planting, irrigation water supply and cane harvesting.
