RHI, CACI extend support for road improvements


MANILA, PHILIPPINES — Roxas Holdings, Inc. (RHI), the country’s leading integrated sugar and ethanol producer, and its Negros-based sugar subsidiary, Central Azucarera de la Carlota, Inc. (CACI), recently signed an agreement with the Asociacion de Agricultures de La Carlota Y Pontevedra, Inc. (AALCPI) for road improvements intended to benefit all farmers milling with CACI.
